We operate through three branches: our headquarters in Leeds, United Kingdom (LS1 2RY), and two offices in Poland, located in Gdańsk (80-309) and Słupsk (76-200). We are focused on providing comprehensive logistics solutions across Europe, offering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and tailored transport management.We are currently seeking an experienced International Freight Forwarder to join our growing team in Słupsk. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination of international road transport operations and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire freight forwarding process, from receiving orders to final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and transport partners.
• Negotiate transport rates and terms with clients and service providers.
• Select suitable carriers and organize efficient transport solutions tailored to each shipment.
• Prepare and handle all necessary transport and customs documentation.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor transport progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to optimize logistics solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding or transport management.
• Strong understanding of transport processes and European logistics networks.
• Good command of English and French (both languages will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in using transport platforms like Timocom, Trans.eu, and Teleroute.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
